IT Consultancy & Technical Support

A practical technology advisor when you need one.

Not every business needs a full-time IT department, but every growing business needs someone who can make sense of technology decisions.

We provide practical advisory support: reviewing systems, evaluating vendors and quotations, planning improvements and helping teams get more out of the tools they already pay for.

Business problems this solves

  • Technology decisions are made without a clear picture of costs and risks.
  • Vendor quotations are difficult to compare or verify.
  • Staff struggle with tools that were never properly rolled out.
  • There is no plan for backups, upgrades or replacements.

What the engagement includes

  • Current-state systems and risk review
  • Recommendations with priorities and rough cost ranges
  • Vendor and quotation evaluation support
  • Implementation oversight and coordination
  • Documentation of systems and responsibilities
  • Optional ongoing advisory and support

How we deliver it

The same disciplined process applies to every service:

  1. Discovery & consultation — We listen first: how the business runs, where the friction is, and what a good outcome looks like.
  2. Requirements gathering — We document the specific workflows, users, data and constraints the solution must handle.
  3. Proposal & scope definition — You receive a written scope, deliverables, assumptions and commercial terms before work starts.
  4. Design & development — Designs are agreed, then development proceeds in reviewable stages with regular communication.
  5. Testing & quality assurance — Functionality, responsive behaviour, security basics and real-world scenarios are tested.
  6. Deployment & configuration — The solution is deployed to the agreed environment, with accounts, settings and data configured.

Frequently asked questions

Can you manage our entire IT function?

We can provide advisory and support arrangements, but we are not a 24/7 managed service provider. The scope, hours and escalation path are agreed in writing so expectations are clear.

Do you sell hardware?

We can specify requirements and help you procure suitable equipment through reputable suppliers. We do not inflate specifications to increase sales.

Can you help us choose between two software vendors?

Yes. We can review quotations against your actual requirements, identify hidden costs and highlight questions to ask before signing.

Do you offer support outside Nairobi?

Remote support is available countrywide. On-site visits outside Nairobi are planned in advance and quoted separately.

Let's scope it properly.

A short conversation will tell us both whether this is a fit — and what a realistic first step looks like.
